How we review and publish providers

A business name appearing online does not prove an active classroom, qualified teacher or current course. Here is what the directory labels mean and how enquiries work.

Provider status is not the same as subscription status

Unclaimed / research only

A name might be listed for editorial correction. Contact details and alleged branches are hidden. This is not an endorsement.

Public website checked

Some published details may be checked against a provider’s own website. This is not independent verification of teachers, premises or current classes.

Manually verified

The provider identity and authorised public business details have been reviewed. Specific venue, course and fee claims still need evidence.

Paid publication

Optional commercial features apply only after separate verification, agreement and payment confirmation. Paid placements are clearly labelled.

What parents should verify themselves

Contact buttons state whether a message reaches the directory operator or a specific provider. The person using WhatsApp chooses whether to send.

Indexing, review and paid links

Informative, independently useful published profiles may be indexable. Thin name-only pages, drafts and unpublished applications must not be offered as search listings. Where a provider’s external website link is part of paid placement, it is marked with rel="sponsored". No ranking or backlinks are guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions

Does a paid listing mean the provider is recommended?

No. Subscription status and business verification are separate. Advertising is disclosed.

Can a parent rely on current course times?

Not without confirming them with the provider. Timetables and fees can change.
